Although freelancing in my case quickly dried up as I was a Canadian attempting to compete with other freelancers who could bid a fraction of the amount for the same job. Since then I have moved on to affiliate marketing and created a few sites of my own that sell resell rights ebooks. I am happy I made the move to support myself and my family online. If nothing else for the simple fact I make my own hours and can spend more time with my family. I don't have to miss the kids soccer or baseball games anymore, during the winter months we ski 3-4 times a week, etc. I am very thankful for the Internet.
